Mum & Baby Yoga
The Nature.Nurture.Love Baby Yoga classes are best for 12 weeks to pre-walking and involve both you and baby so come dressed appropriately as you will be doing stretches and yoga positions. The sessions are fun and teach you great techniques to do at home. You will also learn breathing techniques to help you relax and unwind at the end of a busy day.
Each weekly session is different and includes –
* Warm up for you
* Warm up for baby
* Yoga for baby
* Yoga positions for you and baby
* Ending with Relaxation
Includes mantras, nursery rhymes, bubbles, lights, and sensory activities that change each session.
Every new life changes us, it maybe the 1st, 3rd or 5th but this new life brings new changes. We need to manage that change and grow with them whether this is emotional, physical or spiritual. Baby yoga is a great way to bond with a new born who’s first sense is touch.
Babies find the touch comforting and it is a great opportunity to stretch heal and relax your body while learning to meditate with your baby. Baby yoga is a great way to get back into exercise after the arrival of the new addition, our baby yoga courses in Bournemouth and Poole are for you to enjoy with your baby and support social development, brain stimulation, balance and co-ordination.
